Featured Projects
SMI Deep Well Drilling Services has completed numerous successful projects, demonstrating our expertise in tackling diverse water challenges. Below are some of our highlighted case studies.
SUBMERSIBLE PUMP INSTALLATION
The deep well system in Calapan, Mindoro, is designed to provide a reliable and sustainable water supply for both residential subdivisions and industrial facilities. It is equipped with a 40HP Franklin submersible pump installed at a depth of 90 meters to ensure efficient extraction from the aquifer.
During a 6-hour pump test, the system maintained stable water levels and consistent high-volume discharge, demonstrating its capability to meet the area’s high water demand.
The pump house houses the control and monitoring equipment required for safe operation and efficient maintenance. The wellhead is properly sealed to prevent contamination, ensuring the delivery of clean and safe water for all applications.
This system is engineered for long-term, high-performance operation, supporting the diverse and continuous water requirements of residential and industrial users.
SOLAR SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
In Pangasinan, Philippines, a solar-powered submersible pump system was installed to support agricultural irrigation needs. The system features a 400-foot total depth, a 6-inch borehole, and a discharge capacity of 54 GPM.
Constructed with UPVC casing for durability and corrosion resistance, the installation ensures long-term reliability while maintaining water quality. By utilizing solar energy, the system significantly reduces operational costs and promotes sustainable and energy-efficient farming practices.
TELLESCOPIC DEEP WELL SYSTEM
In Baliuag, Bulacan, a deep well system was installed at NKM Corporation, Brgy. Tarcan, designed to support reliable and continuous water supply for operational and industrial use. The well features a 480-foot telescopic design consisting of 200 feet blank casing and 280 feet blank and perforated sections to optimize structural integrity and aquifer yield.
A 7.5HP submersible pump was installed at a 320-foot pump setting, delivering a discharge capacity of 78 GPM for efficient water extraction. The system is engineered to ensure stable performance, consistent flow rate, and long-term operational reliability to meet the facility’s water requirements.
